Getting started. Information about how to sign-up for a RankStat account, how to setup a domain, keywords and search engine settings.

Step 1. Signup to our service at www.rankstat.com

Go to www.rankstat.com and select the sign-up page for the RankStat edition of your choice. Fill in the data requested and a valid e-mail address. Your login details will be sent to this e-mail address so be sure you fill in a valid e-mail address.

Step 2. Receive the e-mail from RankStat.com and verify the account data that you supplied.

If you filled in the correct e-mail address and data, you will receive an e-mail with your login details (account ID and password). If you have filled in the wrong e-mail address or account data, you can change this by logging on to www.rankstat.com with your account ID and password and editing the settings.

Step 3. Login and add website profile

Go to www.rankstat.com and login with your account ID and password. Select add website profile and fill in the domain you want to analyze. The number of domains you can add depends on which RankStat edition you have:

RankStat Silver edition: 1 domain
RankStat Gold edition: 5 domains
RankStat Platinum edition: 20 domains
RankStat Gold Agency edition: 50 domains
RankStat Platinum Agency edition: 100 domains

Step 4. Add keywords

Now you can add keywords for the domain you just have filled in. You can copy and paste the keywords. The number of keywords you can add depends on which RankStat edition you have:

RankStat Silver edition: 20 keywords per domain
RankStat Gold edition: 50 keywords per domain
RankStat Platinum edition: 100 keywords per domain
RankStat Gold Agency edition: 50 keywords per domain
RankStat Platinum Agency edition: 100 keywords per domain

Step 5. Select search engines

After you have added the keywords you can select the search engines. For these search engines we will show you what the rankings will be for your selected keywords.

Step 6. View reports

Within 24 hours you will be able to view the first reports about your ranking of your keywords in the search engines. Based on your RankStat edition, RankStat will check your web rankings every week, 14 days or once a month.

RankStat Silver edition: once a month
RankStat Gold edition: once in the 14 days
RankStat Platinum edition: once a week
RankStat Gold Agency edition: one in the 14 days
RankStat Platinum Agency edition: once a week.
